UPDATED RETURN POLICY
Effective March 20, 2020, our Exchange Policy is suspended. Due to COVID-19, we are no longer accepting product exchanges to help prevent the spread of the virus. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate an unprecedented time.
All sales are finale.
All in-store exchanges will be issued store credit that can only be used in-store.
Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Items must be sent back to Luxe & Glam Beauty Supply within 5 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will be given.
Merchandise purchased online can be exchanged to our store location address is below. Any item not received in good conditions, and damages will NOT be accepted and customer will be notified that they must pay reshipping fees to have the items sent back to them. Any unaccepted store credits that have not had the reshipping fees paid within 30 days will be discarded and no credit will be issued. No exceptions.
Items can be exchanged in person in the store ONLY (623 S. Long Beach Blvd, Compton, CA 90221 Unit A).
